Movie Summary

Witch Marnie Piper enters Halloweentown’s Witch University where she learns that there’s a strict no magic policy on campus. She soon discovers that she’s been lured to Halloweentown to fulfill an age-old prophecy that has little to do with college and everything to do with her ancestors and a secret that’s been kept for a thousand years.
