Movie Summary
Witch Marnie Piper enters Halloweentown’s Witch University where she learns that there’s a strict no magic policy on campus and soon discovers that she’s been lured to Halloweentown to fulfill an age old prophecy that has little to do with college and everything to do with her ancestors and a secret that’s been kept for a thousand years.
