Syfy 31 Days of Halloween
What is 31 Days of Halloween? SYFY channels “31 Days of Halloween” programming block began in October of 2008. The network airs horror films, original movies and specials all month long. In September of 2023, SYFY added a “Countdown to Spooky Season” leading up to the 31 Days of Halloween event.

2024 SYFY Halloween Movies on TV News
The third season of USA and SYFY’s “Chucky” was split into two parts as a result of last year’s Hollywood strikes. “Chucky” Season 3: Part 2 will premiere on April 10th at 10/9c on both USA and SYFY. Season two of SYFY’s “Reginald the Vampire” also returns to SYFY May 8th at 10pm.

Why cant syfy play some good oldies like Nosferatu, Dracula, Frankenstein, werewolf or the Mummy? AMC had them on but Syfy is supposed to be the real horror movie channel.Harry Potter fir Halloween ?!? really??
I couldn’t agree more! Turner Classic Movies seems to be the only channel that has the classics for Halloween anymore.

Dear SyFy: How do you air a “Nightmare On Elm Street Marathon” on Oct.29 without including the 3rd…and possibly the BEST, installment in the entire series???? What is October without Dream Warriors??? So disappointed!!

Yes We want to Do A petition for Nightmare on Elm Street 3 Dream Warriors why is that your advertising scenes from the Nightmare movies all of them marathon and not including Elm Street one of best films in the franchise and falsely advertising this on the promotion for it but not showing it at all and they seem to have something against this movie I remember along time on ago on Either TBS or USA channel they said it was coming on next and played a totally different movie I was pissed like wassup with that why not play it as well now you’ll doing it again almost 30 yrs later to me on Syfy which I jus knew it wouldn’t happen on this channel and u have to purchase from every other app or channel on the Tokyo or google app it’s not fair We want Dream Warriors to actually come on when it says it is on Tv I think this is a sign of hate or disrespect to the franchise and the fans please let’s make this right people or they will be a pledge to stand against the bitterness against the part 3 obviously there it you’ll don’t even have available for the subscription section movies that’s free all the other ones except 3 wtf why is this so please put up elm street 3 on for the Halloween marathon and on the app to see thanks a true number one Freddy Krueger Horror Movie rights advocates and rights activists and Fan NOES the whole series edition of the movie franchise all seven films! How about a George A. Romero Marathon? No one’s had The “Guts” to air The Original “Dawn Of The Dead” (1978), of course edited it would probably be a 45 Minute Special…
What happened to the Best of the Best… The Shining, Psycho, Night of the Living Dead, Friday the 13th the series, creepshow. Creepshow came back in AMC this year with a new twist. Now this was something to watch!!!
Why is everything so spread out? What happened to marathons? I don’t see any Halloween movies on this list. Nightmare on Elm Street marathon. Halloween marathon. Saw marathon. Friday the 13th marathon. You’d think with this year being a crappy as it is we could at least look forward to a decent movie line for October.

Where are the oldie but goodies classic horror? So tired of the same old tired lineup of Harry Potters etc. Really? It’s Halloween. Salem’s Lot, Ghost Story,1950’s,60’s etc. now we’re talking. Bring out all the great classics!!
