Disney Channel Monstober
What is Monstober? Monstober (previously named Disney Channel’s Hauntober Fest and later called Wiz-tober in 2008) was a nightly marathon of Halloween-related movies that debuted on October 1, 2005 on Disney Channel. In 2012, Wiz-tober was renamed Monstober to get ready for the Girl Vs. Monster premiere. Monstober officially ended after October 2016. Since 2021, Disney Channel has ran the “Calling All the Monsters” programming block during the month of October featuring various Halloween themed TV specials and original movies.

I’m assuming why there playing all the old Disney Halloween movies at 3am or 2am is because kids aren’t up and there sleep so are they saying it’s too scary for kids today I mean they played them when I was a kid

I agree they need to play all of Halloween town movies, Hocus Pocus , and our child hood movies. This schedule of movies is a joke.
Where is the Halloweentown series?! And Twitches 2? This is beyond disappointing. I guess I’ll just buy my favorites and cancel my subscription.

“Disney Channel Monstober” isn’t “Disney Channel Monstober” without Twitches + Twitches Too and the entire Halloweentown series, which I grew up watching every halloween. Movies like Monster Inc. and Monster’s University aren’t halloween movies. They’re any time movies. Disney Channel has to come with a better lineup, if they want their high ratings this halloween season. Because I won’t be letting my nieces and nephews watch this crap that Disney Channel is airing at this point.
Ok so I forward all the Disney channels as far as I could to the 26 of October and so far no other classic Disney movies are playing besides twitches one and two. But that could change on Halloween day or the day before idk I’ll keep checking once the dates become available but so far no classic movies are playing.
Now far as Cartoon Network halloween specials like ed edd and eddy halloween and scary godmother etc they won’t be playing any Halloween specials but if your a fan of Scooby-Doo they’ll have some Scooby-Doo movies other than that nothing at all but I’ll still check later to make sure.
This is very sad but the only solution I have is that all the classic Disney Halloween are on amazon video so you can rent or buy them. That’s what I’ll be doing this year if they don’t show them
I found out they are showing Halloweentown 2!!! on monday 11.37am. on uk disney channel!!
